The Overland Park Convention Center offers nearly 240,000 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate groups of any size, and 20,000 square feet of additional event space at the adjoining Sheraton Hotel. Three other major-brand hotels offer large meeting and ballroom spaces – the Marriott Hotel, the Doubletree Hotel at Corporate Woods and the Holiday Inn-West.
The Ritz Charles and the International Trade Center offer extensive meeting space for events and activities. The Regnier Center for Business and Technology on the campus of Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is a state-of-the-art facility offering training rooms, an assessment center, computer labs, and a 6,000-square-foot conference center with seating for 350. Also on the JCCC campus, the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art offers meeting space for receptions and gatherings, including a 200-seat auditorium. For team building, The Culinary Center of Kansas City offers cooking classes and events. The New Theatre estaurant and Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens offer space for off-site receptions.
