We will check availability at Overland Park hotels/motels; organize proposals and arrange a site visit to familiarize you with the many accommodations, attractions and activities Overland Park has to offer.

Know the attractions you want to see? Looking for suggestions? The OPCVB services team can assist in developing the perfect itinerary for your tour, customized to meet the needs of your group. The OPCVB has developed some sample, themed itineraries for your convenience.

Promotional & Informational Materials
The OPCVB has many items to help familiarize both you and your attendees with our city. Promotional materials include: Overland Park Visitors Guide, attraction brochures, plastic bags and more. The OPCVB can also assist you in designing materials as needed.
