2020 is anything but typical, and we are all ready for some holiday cheer! To get in the spirit of the holidays this season, we’ve rounded up some of Overland Park’s best holiday displays you can experience on your own. So pack up your hot cocoa and head out to explore OP! These displays light up on November 27, 2020, and run through the end of the year, except where noted.

Deanna Rose’s Holiday Lights at the Farmstead

A holiday favorite is back. Park at Deanna Rose, snuggle in your car, and turn toward the main entrance for a synchronized light show. Tune into 90.5 for the music. You may recognize some new music from the latest movies, as well as classic tunes. Get more details about the holiday lights at Deanna Rose here.

Altasciences (Vince & Associates) Holiday Light Display

It’s not just a light display – it’s a stunning musical show! Park across the street from Altasciences (103 & Metcalf) at Emmanuel Baptist Church for the best view. Turn your radio to 95.5 FM, then sit back and enjoy the show from your car. The 200,000 LED lights are synchronized to music and attract visitors from all over the region. Get more details about the Altasciences holiday light display here.

Christmas Place (Terrace Place Subdivision)

Since 1992, the 23 homes of these two streets in the Terrace Place subdivision have been creating Christmas Place. It’s a magical and humbling experience to see the community come together to celebrate. Located at 131 and Antioch, this subdivision continues the tradition in its 28th year as a tribute to the late resident who started it all. Get more details about the Christmas Place lights here.
