Ring in the New Year with the most unique dining experience in town. Tonight the Culinary Center of Kansas City transforms into an elegant and immersive dining experience.
Join longtime CCKC Instructor Bruce Campbell and Executive Pastry Chef Catie Wiley for an exquisite New Year's dinner.
You will be served a seven-course dinner with a chef's-table view. Leave (most) of the cooking to Bruce and Chef Catie, as you sit back and relax while each dish is demonstrated.
We will give you a hands on experience building your own antipasto Kabobs, however.
Start off with a fun appetizer of Antipasto Kabobs that you will make yourself.
Next we kick off our demonstrations with classic Minestrone Soup and fresh baked Focaccia bread.
Scallops with shaved asparagus is up next, where Bruce will show you how to pan sear scallops to perfection.
For the salad course, we have a fresh sourdough panzanella followed by elegant baked, Stuffed Clams Oreganata.
The showstopper main course of the evening is a Roasted and Stuffed Pork Loin served with Polenta and a classic marinara that you will surely want to replicate at home.
To finish the evening, we have a classic Italian Tri-Color Cake followed by Bruce and Chef Catie toasting you and yours with a Prosecco toast to ring in the New Year.
