Chef Bruce Campbell, known for his irresistible Cajun creations, will welcome you with a holiday toast in true NOLA fashion—his signature Hurricane cocktail to kick off the merriment.
You’ll start with a zesty Creole Dip to spark your holiday appetite, then roll up your sleeves to craft the perfect Shrimp Po’Boy, a classic New Orleans sandwich with plenty of festive flair.
The centerpiece of the night is a hearty Smoked Chicken and Jambalaya, bursting with holiday warmth, heat, and spice.
And no holiday gathering would be complete without something sweet—Chef Bruce’s decadent Bread Pudding with Sweet Bourbon Sauce is a dessert worth celebrating.
