Class Description
Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with a cozy evening of fondue, friends, and festive cheer!
Inspired by the snowy Alpine villages of Switzerland, where fondue first warmed hearts and bellies during long winters, this class captures the same spirit of togetherness that makes the holiday season so special.
Originally a way to enjoy simple ingredients like bread and cheese through the cold months, fondue has become a timeless tradition for gathering around the table, sharing good food, and creating warm memories especially at the holidays.
Join Chef Jim Tinkham as he guides you through a hands-on holiday adventure filled with melty magic.
We’ll begin with a velvety Blender Béarnaise Sauce for dipping tender bites of beef and potatoes from your simmering hot pot—comfort food at its finest.
Then, craft a festive Boulevard Wheat Cheddar Beer Fondue served in a golden bread bowl, bubbling with rich cheese and a touch of holiday spice.
And to finish, indulge your sweet side with a luxurious Chocolate Fondue paired with an array of merry dippers like marshmallows, cookies, and fresh fruit.
Whether you come with friends, family, or someone special, this merry fondue celebration promises to warm you from the inside out. So pull up a chair, clink your skewers, and toast to the joy, laughter, and togetherness of the season—one delicious dip at a time!
