  • Showcasing the flavors of the Midwest like aged steaks, smoked pork chops, fried chicken and freshly-made seasonal pies - Rye adds a chef's point of view to traditional dishes. Owners/Chefs Megan and Colby Garrelts use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, including produce from their family farm in Parker, Kansas. In addition to classic and regionally-inspired cocktails, select wines, spirits and beers are from Missouri and Kansas. Chef Garrelts earned the 2013 James Beard Award for Best Chef Midwest.
