An Emergency Stay at Home Order began March 24 in Johnson County to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Overland Park joins the rest of Johnson County along with Jackson, Clay, and Wyandotte counties in the thirty-day order that affects the entire Kansas City region. 

The order excludes hotels to the extent used for lodging and delivery or carry-out food services. (Ref: section xxiv.)
