Add Your Event to the VisitOP Calendar
If your business or organization is planning an activation, unofficial watch party, promotion, or special event, we encourage you to submit those details so it can be added to our calendar.
To submit an event, click the link below to fill out the form with the following information:
- Event Date
- Event Location (ex: Thompson Park or Prairiefire)
- Street Address
- Event Description
- Event Entry Fee (if free, please say)
- 1-3 photos to use for event promotion
Mid-America Regional Council Calendar of Events
We also encourage you to submit your events to the regional calendar hosted by the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) to be included on the FIFA World Cup 26™ app.
You can find more information about this calendar on their website at marc.org/world-cup.
To be considered for inclusion, events must meet the following standards:
- Activated during tournament window - June 1 - July 19
- Open to the public - May require ticketing or be; must be properly permitted and insured
- FIFA IP compliant - All promotional language and imagery must align with the IP guidelines
- Complete and accurate listing - All mandatory information supplied, including date, time, location, and organizer contact
- Operationally ready - Confirmed venue, responsible point of contact, and anticipated attendance
- Aligned with regional standards - is permitted and meets applicable safety, accessibility, and community inclusion expectations
Event must be submitted to the MARC calendar by April 1, 2026.
