Downtown Overland Park's St. Patrick's Day Parade

Get ready to embrace all things green at the 2026 St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Downtown Overland Park!

Kicking off at 10 AM on Saturday, March 7 (rain or shine) this beloved tradition brings festive floats, live music, and plenty of Irish spirit to the heart of the city.

The parade begins at 79th & Floyd, making its way west on 79th Street before heading south on Santa Fe Drive to the roundabout.

After the parade, keep the celebration going by grabbing a bite and a pint at one of Overland Park’s fantastic local pubs and bars.

Rainbow Cupcake Class at Taste Buds Kitchen

Got the kids with you? No problem! Get them excited for St. Patrick’s Day with a fun and festive Caregiver & Me Cooking Class at Taste Buds Kitchen!

On Saturday, March 14 at 9 AM, you and your little chef can whip up colorful rainbow cupcakes while creating sweet memories together.

This hands-on class is perfect for kids and their caregivers to mix, bake, and decorate in a fun, welcoming environment.

St. Patrick's Week at Barley's Kitchen + Tap

Over at Barley's Kitchen + Tap, you don't have to wait until March 17th to start celebrating!

They're serving up Irish flavors and festive drinks that'll have you raising your glass to good fortune.

Food specials this year include potato skins, reuben egg rolls, fish & chips, corned beef and cabbage, and a reuben sandwich.

Pair your meal with one of their rotating drink specials and keep the party going all night long!

Kansas City St. Patrick's Day Parade & Celebrations

Head over to Westport in Kansas City for the 52nd Annual Kansas City St. Patrick's Day Parade!

The parade kicks off at 11:30 AM on Broadway Boulevard and West 33rd Street. The route continues down Broadway and ends on W 43rd Street in Westport.

Stick around afterwards for food, drinks, outdoor beer gardens, sidewalk cafés, live entertainment and so much more.
