POKE & SUSHI BBQ was founded by the three of us who share a passion for delicious foods. each of us developed working in multiple sushi and poke restaurants on the west coast we've merged Japanese dishes with American-style and Hawaiian-style poké. the result is a fast-casual dining experience with a modern twist.
