Overview

Brewing authentic German-style bier is more than following a recipe, it’s about using traditional ingredients and methods. It's our mission to provide the same flavor and freshness you would experience drinking a German bier in a Munich Biergarten. That’s why our motto, “We put the i back in Bier,” expresses our commitment to reintroducing fresh, local, German-style lagers and ales to Kansas City. Take an informative tour of KC Bier Company and learn all about how bier is made. Brewery tours are offered every Saturday at 1:00PM and every Sunday at 12:30PM. You will receive a complementary tour glass and tastings included. We will be limiting each tour to 20 tickets. Tickets will be sold in advance online until 11:59 PM on the Friday before the tour date. Tickets available at the door if not sold out online. Purchase tickets here: https://www.shopkcbier.com/ Visit our Bierhalle attached to the brewery and enjoy the Gemütlichkeit of a neighborhood meeting place, biers on tap, and a variety of food options. We offer full service, communal seating at our large, traditional tables and benches. We do not take individual reservations, but for groups of 20 or more, we recommend reserving tables in advance. As in Bavaria, our Biergarten is a public place for people of all ages to come together. Our Biergarten also has a designated dog-friendly seating area. Patrons are permitted to bring in their own food to be eaten in the Biergarten, or have food delivered.
