Art at the Center: Mike Savage

Overview

Mike Savage brings years of lived experience and a love of painting to his contemporary impressionist work.

For more than two decades, he has captured life’s everyday moments with bold, spontaneous brushstrokes and vibrant color, turning the ordinary into something joyful and energetic. Working mainly in acrylics, he paints intuitively, letting color and movement lead the way.

This exhibition invites you to enjoy art that feels welcoming, uplifting and meant for everyone.

Art at the Center is a unique not-for-profit gallery space featuring exhibitions by local artists. Shows include artists featured in the City’s permanent collection, local art students and talented artists from Overland Park and beyond.

The gallery is free and open every day.
