Our award-winning BBQ Pitmaster and expert beverage dude with 30 years in the business, Chef Bruce Campbell, will show you that there is a lot to learn about barbecue across the country and its relationship with beer and liquor.
We'll start our BBQ 'n' Booze journey in sunny Hawaii with Huli Huli Chicken before heading down south to Memphis for some old-fashioned Pork Ribs.
Next, Bruce is taking us to Alabama to learn the secrets of White BBQ Sauce Chicken.
Last, we've got some killer BBQ sides you'll want to make at your next gathering: BBQ'd Bourbon Beans and Grilled Potato Salad.
There will also be a lesson in craft cocktail-making with some of Bruce's favorites: Mai Tais, Jack Daniel's Apple Fizz, and a classic Spiked Sweet Tea.
