Family-owned Elsa’s Ethiopian Restaurant is in Downtown Overland Park. For vegetarians -- or fans of delicious food that happens to be prepared without meat – this is a must for dinner. Bring the kids! Elsa’s combo plate or any of the Wot dishes are eaten with your hands! Need the meat? Don’t worry! There are plenty of options for carnivores, too. And everything on the menu pairs well with the Ethiopian honey wine.
