Thomas S. Stoll Memorial Park
Overview
Thomas S. Stoll Memorial Park is an 80-acre park featuring a picturesque walking trail, picnic shelter, picnic areas, playground, a small pond, a seven-acre dog off-leash area, and seven athletic playing fields. The pond is stocked with a variety of fish including largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. JCPRD fishing permits and state fishing licenses (per state regulations) are required before fishing. The park was dedicated in 1981 and named in honor of Thomas S. Stoll who passed away the previous year. He was instrumental in the park's development and served as chairman of the district’s Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners.
