Terra Luna
September 10-12 & 17-19
Immerse yourself in a spellbinding experience created exclusively for the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens by Quixotic!
Terra Luna guides guests on a wild journey through the Arboretum's grounds, culminating in an immersive performance uniting live music, dance, aerial acrobatics and more.
The show includes eight performances between September 10-12 and 17-19, with September 10, 11 and 17 being an adults-only (21+) experience. Ticket prices range between $25 and $60, and can be purchased here.
Fall Festival
September 25 & 26
Get ready for the Fall Festival in Downtown Overland Park on September 25 from 4 - 8 PM, and September 26 from 8 AM - 5 PM!
Enjoy hands-on activities, live entertainment, friendly vendors, and delicious festival food with the whole family, including your furry friends.
Explore booths featuring over 75 local and regional artists, and indulge in treats from food trucks, local restaurants, and Farmers’ Market vendors.

Pumpkin Hollow
September 22 - October 18
Mosey on down to Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead for Pumpkin Hollow from September 22 to October 18!
Bring the whole family to explore the hay pyramid, giant slide, spider web maze, and enjoy other old-fashioned activities before picking your pumpkin to take home.
This event runs 10 AM to 1 PM Tuesdays through Thursdays, 10 AM to 4 PM Fridays through Sundays, and is closed on Mondays.
Admission is $5 for ages 3+, Pumpkin Hollow tickets are an additional $10 per person and can be purchased here.
Bourbon, Bacon & Brews
October 9
Get ready for the inaugural year of Bourbon, Bacon & Brews in Downtown Overland Park!
This unforgettable evening will take place at Clock Tower Landing from 4 to 8 PM. Get ready to taste tons of bourbon, beers and (of course) bacon!
Tickets are $45 and include a souvenir tasting glass, 10 tasting tickets, access to distillery booths, live music, and plenty of festival activities.

Hawktober Fest
October 10
Bluhawk's 6th Annual Hawktoberfest is happening on Saturday, October 10th from 1 to 4 PM, offering a family-friendly fall festival packed with free activities and entertainment.
Enjoy hayrides, face painting, balloon artists, inflatables, magic shows, a foam party and more, along with delicious concessions and live music.
Plus, there will be a half-time performance by Kansas City Aerial Arts!
Night of the Living Farm
October 16-17 & 23-24
To end October with a bang, Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead is hosting their annual Halloween event: Night of the Living Farm.
Participate in mad science experiments, a flashlight scavenger hunt, princess dances, fortune teller readings and top it all off with a marshmallow roast. Don’t forget to pack a costume!
The event runs from 5:30 to 9 PM and includes four dates: October 16, 17, 23, and 24. Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased here.
Botanical Brewfest
October 17
Immerse yourself in a symphony of flavors and fall foliage at Botanical Brewfest on Saturday, October 18 from 2 to 5 PM!
Stroll through vibrant fall gardens at the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens while sampling hundreds of beers, cocktails, and mocktails from local and regional breweries.
Celebrate the season with live music, yard games, and good times with friends among the beautiful garden scenery and nature trails.

Trick or Treat in Downtown OP
October 24
Get ready to BOO-gie at Trick or Treat in Downtown OP!
On Saturday, October 24 from 2 to 4 PM, kids are invited to show off their best costumes and collect sweet treats from participating local shops.
This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way for little ones to enjoy some Halloween fun while exploring the bustling streets of Downtown Overland Park.
Don’t forget to stop by the Clock Tower Landing, where a DJ will be spinning a "Monster Mash" soundtrack to keep everyone dancing and in the spooky spirit!
